Our Delivery

Step 1

Following your enquiry our experienced care delivery team will be in touch to discuss your needs in full.

Step 2

A visit will then be arranged with our clinical team to make introductions and to complete a comprehensive assessment of your care needs. After ensuring you are comfortable with what has been discussed, we will provide you with a detailed care package proposal including a full breakdown of all costs.

Step 3

We will only finalise your care plan when you and your loved ones are happy with all of the documents and the costing.

Step 4

Suitable staff will be hand selected to match all your care requirements and we will arrange introductions with the staff to ensure they meet all your needs. At this stage our clinical team will assess whether there is any additional training required for specific parts of the Care Plan which we will arrange as necessary.

Step 5

There will be an agreed start date for when care delivery commences. You will be allocated a dedicated care coordinator who will be your main point of contact as well as dedicated members of our clinical team to support your service.
