Our dedicated office and out of hours teams are available to assist with your care requirements and will provide a tailor-made solution to meet your needs. We spend a lot of time focusing on recruitment and training to ensure our team members can deliver the same standards of service the founding team members do, that of ensuring that we meet your requirements, we listen to your feedback and strive to consistently improve what we do.
Our Delivery model is tailored for each client, but broadly looks like:
- Registered Manager looks after the Care Delivery Team and Quality Governance in the Organisation and our Electronic notes/care plan platform we use.
- Our Clinical Team are materially involved in all services we run, liaising with the family, client, patient and Team of staff delivering the care as well as assessing competencies of workers and supervision visits ensuring all required Care Requirements are updated.
- We have a team of Care Coordinators, all experienced and often from caring backgrounds themselves, who looks after the Patient and the staff members and ensures that we match the two extremely well. There is a dedicated experienced team who also work evenings and weekends ensuring the services are manned all times of the day.
- We have a recruitment team to ensure we can recruit all the workers we need for each new service / package with the right skills and profile.
