There are lots of options when seeking funding for care, we have provided some guidance under the advice and support section of this site If you are privately paying you can pay Airmid Staffing directly into the bank (details will be on the invoice) or through our online payment portal.
When you commission care from Airmid Staffing Limited you can be assured of high quality services from fully trained and supported healthcare staff. Privately funded care at home, or around-the-clock live in care costs will vary depending on the social or clinical care requirements. We can provide an estimate within 24 hours, and a fully costed quotation following a comprehensive assessment organised at a time to suit you.
Yes, you can use a Personal Health Budget to pay towards your Airmid Staffing care costs. Anyone who receives NHS Continuing Healthcare as the result of a long-term illness, condition or disability can move to a Personal Healthcare Budget to fund ongoing healthcare. The amount of money available depends on the identified healthcare needs of the individual.
Eligible recipients may use their Personal Health Budget to make their own arrangements for the provision of care from an independent care provider. They can also consult their GP to discuss care options and develop a suitable care plan.
We provide a digital care management system, which manages medication charts, rota management, visit notes and records, rota management, clinical reviews and all documents ( care plan etc ) are all on the profile of the patient. We can supply documents into the home but the updates will always be electronic. Through a controlled process ( who should have access which Is confirmed by the Care Delivery team during onboarding where you express who should have access ) the family and loved one can have access to the profile of the individual to see what is happening and the notes as well as records of the visits. It makes it a simpler way of ensuring that loved ones as well as the patient has immediate access to their visit records, notes and assessments. If we are responsible for dispensing medication then all medication dispensed will be recorded on the digital care management platform.
Yes of course, there are no boundaries on visiting or spending time with loved ones, as a result of a home care package being put in place.
Once we have spoken to you on the phone and established the care that is being sought and we are confident we can match the right person to ensure the care provided is what is needed, we will arrange for our Clinical Team to attend for the assessment with the Care Delivery Co-ordinator. This will be in agreement with you at a time that is convenient, and the Nurse will be a specialist in the clinical area you are looking for. During the assessment, it will be discussed with you the level of support you need and the requirements which will be driven by you. Once the assessment has been completed, your input will be vital and a personalised care plan will start to be created.
Care Plans are reviewed on a monthly basis with our clinical team and our clinicians will visit every 3months as standard and earlier if needed. We will be engaging with your wider healthcare team; GP, Hospital Doctors, District Nurses regularly during the care packages. The Airmid Staffing Care Delivery Co-Ordinator will chat to you regularly and always be available should you need them and our Field Care Supervisor will be out to monitor the care delivery from your workers and to chat to you. All changes to your Care Package will be documented on the Digital Care Management System and, most importantly, are agreed with you.
