HCA –Complex care – Wales

Airmid Staffing are now recruiting in Wales (Cardiff, Newport, Swansea area) for talented, committed, experienced HCA’s with experience in Complex care (children and adults) for work based with our client based in Wales. Opportunities available on both a part time or full time basis.

HCA – Domiciliary Care – North London (Camden, Islington)

Airmid Staffing are currently recruiting for dedicated, experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) in North London to provide domiciliary care. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care in the community. Opportunities are available on both a part-time and full-time basis.

Key Information:

• Daily Rates:

  • £192 per day (Monday to Friday)

  • £205 per day (Saturday and Sunday)

Location: Essex Wide
Hours: Day Shifts, Weekend Shifts available  

Pay: £16.50 per hour (via PAYE)

We are seeking Support Workers to provide complex care for children with a range of complex issues, across Essex. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the life of children working in a supportive, caring environment in a home-based setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to young children
• Be proactive with managing activities & sensory play

Hours: Day Shifts 12 hours, Night shifts 12 Hours, 7 days per week

Complex Care Assistant – 2:1 Care – Barnsley, South Yorkshire

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide overnight care for a 9-year-old child with complex medical needs in their home in Barnsley. This role involves close monitoring overnight, ventilator management, suctioning, and PEG/JEJ Feeding. It is essential to ensure the child’s comfort and well-being through both the day and the night. 

Job Details:

• Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire
• Pay: £16 per hour PAYE 
• Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts 7 Days a week
• Night Shifts: Waking nights

Responsibilities:

• PEG/JEJ tube feeding and management
• Deep Suctioning 
• Ventilator Management
• Epilepsy Management
• Medication Management
• Ensure the child is safe, comfortable, and settled throughout the night
• Maintain clear and accurate care records

This is a home-based role, working closely with the child’s family and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
