Airmid Staffing are now recruiting in the Kent area for talented, committed, experienced HCA’s with experience in Complex care (children and adults) for work based with our client based in Kent. Opportunities available on both a part time or full time basis.

– Are you a reliable, committed HCA with experience in complex care? (Tracheostomy, Suction, Nebuliser administration , PEG feeding) learning disabilities, brain injury or autism)

Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts – Rochester, Kent

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide overnight care for a 1-year-old child with complex medical needs in their home in Rochester. This role involves NG tube care and end-of-life support, ensuring the child’s comfort and well-being throughout the night.

Job Details:

• Location: Rochester, Kent

• Pay: £15 per hour PAYE | £19 per hour Umbrella

• Shift Pattern:

  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Driving license required – must be able to drive to the patient’s home

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight personal care and comfort

• Assist with NG tube feeding and management

• Offer compassionate end-of-life care

• Monitor and respond to any changes in the child’s condition

• Administer medications as per care plan

• Ensure the child is safe, comfortable, and settled throughout the night

• Maintain clear and accurate care records

This is a home-based role, working closely with the child’s family and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
