Their approach was open, honest, and transparent, demonstrating a deep understanding of both the service they were working with and the care they were providing. Thanks to their support, we were able to reduce hospital admissions and facilitate more discharges, which made a significant difference. The team was responsive to feedback and always worked collaboratively to find solutions to any challenges that arose. We would be more than happy to work with them again should we need a bridging service in the future.
