We understand that it can be an unsettling time when daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and personal grooming become a challenge. It can be difficult to accept help with personal care from our loved ones, particularly those with more intimate or clinical needs.

Personal care:

• We ensure our support is built around your privacy and dignity.
• All our experienced team encourage people to be as independent as possible, maintaining routine and lifestyle.
• Takes place in your home.
• We ensure all customers receive kind and compassionate care from staff who use positive, respectful language.
• We ensure the worker supporting you or your loved one has been hand selected by our experienced team and matched to the needs and requirements of the person they will be supporting. There is always a meet and greet before care starts, which is face to face. The only exception to this is when you need us to start as a matter of urgency and time is off the essence. A worker profile would be provided in this instance.

Our Care team are all highly trained and experienced in medication management, mealtime support, bathing, continence care, moving and handling.

Their excellent communication skills always help brighten up peoples’ day. Our staff all have a personable manner giving you both companionship and empathy while helping to give you independence at home.
