Position: Care Assistant
Location: North Wales
Pay Rate: £16 per hour (PAYE)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide medication support and monitor health conditions, ensuring that care plans are followed precisely.
- Offer assistance with mobility, transfers, and other physical support.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encourage independence where possible.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, updating care plans and reporting any changes in the individual’s health or well-being to the care manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in community care, complex care, or hospital care is essential.
- Full rights to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between client locations is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach to providing care.
- High standards of personal and professional integrity.
