Are you an experienced Care & Support Worker with a passion for supporting people with ASD/ learning disabilities to live fulfilling, active and independent lives?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and caring people to join our team in the Pontypridd area, supporting a group of clients to enjoy their lives, build meaningful relationships and get involved in their local community.
🌈 What will you be doing?
Every day is different. You’ll support our clients with the things that matter to them, including:
- 🚶 Going for walks and exploring the local community
- 🎬 Trips to the cinema
- 🏊 Swimming and other activities
- 🤝 Building positive, trusting relationships
- 📅 Developing routines and encouraging independence
- 🌍 Supporting clients to access their community and social activities
- 😊 Helping people try new experiences and enjoy the things they love
This is person-centred support, where your time, encouragement and positive attitude can make a real difference.
💷 What we offer
£16.25 per hour + holiday pay
Holiday pay is accrued up to 28 days per year, including bank holidays.
But we don’t just offer great rates — we make sure our staff feel supported too:
💙 Dedicated Candidate Liaison Officer – providing all-round support throughout your onboarding journey, from your first contact through to starting your role.
📋 Dedicated Coordinator – available to support you with the day-to-day aspects of your role and help keep things running smoothly.
🩺 24-hour Clinician Support – access to a clinician 24 hours a day for professional guidance and support whenever you need it.
🕐 Flexible Hours Available
We have full-time and part-time positions available across:
Days • Evenings • Weekends
We also have Friday night shifts available for those looking for additional hours or a regular night shift.
