Are you a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for a fulfilling full-time role in a care home setting? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, providing high-quality care and support to residents.

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and meal support
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents to provide emotional and social support
  • Assisting with medication prompts and monitoring residents’ well-being
  • Working alongside nurses and care staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Ensuring that all care is delivered with dignity, respect, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous care home experience is essential
  • DBS on the Update Service is a must
  • Full rights to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
  • Ideally a driver or lives locally in Kent for ease of commute
  •  A caring, patient, and reliable nature with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
