- CQC rating of Good for all areas following our inspection in May 2023.
- The quality and vetting of our workers – they are all highly trained and experienced in the delivery of care.
- Supervision of all our workers by clinicians and care team (including face to face).
- Personalised care packages meeting your needs regularly reviews with your input.
- You will have a very experience team of people running the service with you.
- Extensive clinical oversight and engagement on all packages.
- Ongoing management of your Personal Health Budget (PHB).
- Fully staffed office day or night all year round, with robust contingency planning.
