Our hourly rates are set based on the requirements of the work and your skills and experience. We either pay a weekly contract fee or an hourly rate depending on the nature of the work we have. We will pay mileage on most contracts as well as support with accommodation costs on contracts like Bridging where we need you to live away from home.

We can pay into Umbrella companies or PAYE depending on contractual requirements and you receive your pay weekly on a Friday.

We want to provide additional support to our remote community workers as their roles can sometimes be very stressful and we want to ensure their health and wellbeing is maintained and that we have a dedicated person that can be a confidential counsel to the staff in the field. We also have a psychologist who supports our workers as and when they want to speak confidentially to someone outside the Care Delivery Team.

We have a closed Community group on Facebook that offers our Workers Mobility classes, hit classes as well as nutrition advice for shift work. We provide suitable clothing in the winter and summer months to our workers and ensure that they are following good practice when it comes to looking after themselves. We ensure all our staff are provided with PPE free of charge and in plenty of time, so they do not run out.
